Labour $150

Cost of groceries is additional and is usually between $45 and $85 depending on how many servings you are needing and what types of protein you would like prepared.

Each cooking date takes between 5 and 7 hours of labour which includes menu planning, grocery shopping, communication with clients, cooking, and cleaning.

Labour, delivery, and cleanup $100
Cost of groceries is additional and is usually between $30 and $70.

Freezer entrees

Freezer entrees are $33.33 each.
